375x5,5,5 Rest 2 minutes, no belt. Had a younger fellow work in. He complimented me on my squats, so we got to talking about the exercise. He had decent form with the exception of holding his head up "to maintain thoracic extension". Try to suggest keeping his head more neutral to engage a stronger hip drive but he wasn't buying it. This confirms that I will attend a SS Seminar next year to try and become a coach.
