Salted out so no official BW today.
Started my volume pulls today. Im going to rotate conventional volume with intensity sumo. Doing 3 sets of 5 for volume, Im contemplating doing a back off set of sumo on sumo intensity day. Other than Light squats and surprisingly easy bench had alot more than a single in me for my last set.

havent slept yet and Im already blasted from DLs. After reading the 600lbs DL race thread, Im really confident in my decision to pull some volume. I might have started a bit heavy so I might stick at 295 for a few cycles.

Man its too damn cold in my gym. extra warm ups today just to feel normal. Other than that lifting went great. Decided to go for a few on thte +1 set pressing.

Awesome day, benches felt smooth and easy. DLs were a bastard but I managed to hit all 5. Tying my previous 1RM with a set of 5. Not sure if volume is helping, still too early to tell. Also tied a previous PR of double overhand at 315x1.

Had a good day, thought shit was gonna hit the fan when i only got 4 hours of sleep. The knee sleeves i got from sports authority are awesome. I couldnt bring myself to spend $35 per sleeve online when i could get these for $17. They fit great and I honestly dont care how long they last as long as they get me through the winter.

well it's thursday and Im still not in training shape. Its hard to hold my breath and walking around winds me. I have no choice come tomorrow, I have to do something. A week off for me is a historically really bad idea. I am going to probably work up to 225 squats and 135 on press just to practice the motions a bit.

Didnt manage to put any work in friday, I literally slept the entire day(correct usage of literally). Starting to think this illness is something more than just a chest cold after nearly a week of being sick. Hoping i dont have pneumonia or bronchitis. Looking towards monday, hopefully i'll have some more energy by then.
