Good days are good, destroyed all my lifts. Wasnt even a chance of failing today. Decided to step back to 295 on DL volume because of how poorly last volume day went.

Mixed day. I destroyed squats, felt easier than they have in a long time. Pressing on the other hand was extremely difficult. I just couldnt generate any power off my chest. Even my set at 155 looked hard. By the time i got to my single i knew i had no chance, pushed anyway. No car pushing today b/c it's raining.

Sitting at a coffee shop, supposed to be studying with a friend. So much for that, of course im on SS forum. Hoping training goes well today. Volume DLs at 315 today are pretty scary. Hoping to get all 3 sets conventional, if not 2 sets conventional and 1 sumo all beltless. Also supposed to bench something in the order of 285, which is 10lbs off my all time PR. Working on 5 hours of sleep, this will be interesting.

Today was Thursday 1, heavier than i wanted it to feel but everything usually doesn.

BW 201, glycogen/water/shit stores are coming down nicely.
was expecting a bad day lifting and walked away with one of my best days in a while. My foot slipped while warming up for DLs, was really scary. I felt like a QB that just threw an interception and has to walk back out on the field.
