BW 195.5 maybe a little lower because my water % is so high but i dont want to over compensate.

BW 195 but my water % was reading much higher than usual. 194 possibly. Hope to see it on the scale by tuesday.

BW 195 water still sitting high, the retention is heavy. Hard day lifting, not looking forward to thursday. Benching wasnt bad but I just didnt have it for the DLs. I pulled 1 but knew i didnt have 3 and got too distracted and rested too long before attempting a 2nd.
