Going back on squat and starting over. I jumped too high, too fast and since I can, I might as well just start it all the way over and not hate life as much.

At least you have the benefit of experience behind your current LP. Keep after those small consistent jumps and they'll add up faster than you think!

For reals this time....I'm back. I just finished a solid 4 weeks of LP. Squat, press/bench press, deadlift 3 times a week. Starting this week I'm only deadlifting twice a week. I did power cleans for the very first time today. I started very light, but who knows what they really looked like. That'll be a work in progress. I'll probably just post once a week, since the work outs are pretty boring and self explanatory.

thanks. I forgot to mention that probably the best part of the last 4 weeks it that i'm once again SLEEPING!!!!! hooray for the baby getting his $#@$ together!

still at it and the weight is going DOOOOOOOWWWWWWNNNNN!!!!!!! (my weight...not the weight on the bar. THAT weight, is going UP!)

PC 65 (repeating this for another week to get the movement down)
Feeling good. Excited to get the big boy plates back on the bar on Wednesday.
