LBH with Coach Artie
did the clean drills again
then snatch drills for a bit
then finished off with some light high bar squats to get used to them

Saturday went to coliseum, snatch and clean drills, pressed 95x5x3 and it felt like garbage, high bar squatted up to 225
Monday had wrestling practice: 2 mile run, pushups, situps, bodyweight squats, then 8 rounds of tabata sprints
Tuesday LBH with coach Artie. started adding some weight to the snatches and cleans. did some overhead squats after snatches. finished with high bar back squats up to 100kg.
