    Squat: 20kg*10/50kg*5/70kg*3/90kg*2/110kg*1/125kg*5*3/120kg*5*2/3*2/1 <- Had to deload. Overtrained I guess. Could not do even these sets properly.
    Bench: 20kg*10/50kg*5/60kg*3/70kg*2/80kg*1/87.5kg*5*5
    Deadlift: 60kg*10/100kg*5/120kg*3/140kg*2/160kg*1/165kg <- Could not get this off the ground.
    Dumbell curls: 15kg*10*2 <- You get how I felt this workout...

    So this is the end of my first 3 month run at the Texas method. So overall, in these three months, my 5RM progressed like this:

    Squat: 122.5kg*5 ->135kg*5 +12.5kg (hit this on week 8, then had to deload)
    Bench: 82.5kg*5 -> 95kg*5 +12.5kg
    OHP: 55kg*5 -> 62.5kg*5 +7.5kg
    Deadlift: 142.5kg*5 -> 165kg +22.5kg
    Powerclean: not worth mentioning, since I did not really progress.
    Bodyweight: from ~81-82kg to ~85-86kg.

    Overall, I think I should have stopped after 8 weeks, since after that I started to feel tired and it really shows in the fails and eventual deload. Now I'm taking a week to rest and then continue with some hypertrophy/bodybuilding type training with lower intensity and higher volume, to switch things up a bit. After a few months of that, I think I'll go to TM again.
