Ok slightly modified program. I've been doing a 4-day TM split: press volume, squat volume, press intensity, squat intensity. But I find that I get gassed easily when I work one half of the body the whole time. So, each day I'll have some of both. That way, I'm fresher for each. And I want to keep assistance to a minimum. Since I'm cutting and on TM, recovery is tough.
