Cutting a training day in 2, since I have a meeting at the boys' kindergarten later.

    Bench

    1x130kg
1x145kg - Fairly easy today, even with elaborate pause. But I have to concentrate on my butt - Stayed on the bench this time.
    2x130 or 140 - I honestly forgot to check...
    2x140kg
    2x132.5kg

OK, 145kg seems fairly certain for the meet.

    I do to,

Would have been nice, if it hadn't been announced with 3 weeks to go, following a 3 weeks break. But again, those are the cards dealt.

    Rest of yesterday's training.

    Deadlift

    2x170kg
    1x200kg
    1x230kg
1x265kg - No problems today. About a PR tie on Leoko bar without any magnesium.
    2x200kg
2x230kg Misloaded this - 225kg on one side 230kg on the other. Pulled it both times before I checked. Think that's harder than 2x227.5kg...
    2x220kg

Squat without belt (squatting again tomorrow, so kept these light.

    4x70kg
    4x120kg
    4x140kg
    4x132.5kg

Very nice the 265 kg pull went up, as easy as it did.

See that's the reason I keep my deadlifts light: less potential for math errors lol

    265 is very nice!

Things are looking good, Derf. What programming are you using here? Just curious if you are working off of a peaking template or if you are just doing your own usual Derf thing.

    starting strength coach development program
Peaking template. Though a 3 weeks span is no real time to go from volume to peak...
