    I'm as tall as you and whenever I meet people my height they are mostly from Scandinavia. The Scandinavian design in your kitchen and the swedish eleiko equipment was also a hint. I'm originally from Copenhagen but I live in Malm÷ now.

    I escaped to Thailand 4 years ago, now I'm back but keeping my ass right outside the border. No way I'll move back to that communist camp ;-)

    Couple of minutes on the treadmill

    main work out with normal warm up sets up to work sets.
    122,5 kg squat 3x5
    100 kilo bench - Better than last, but still not good. 100 kilo 1x4, 1x5, 1x3, 1x2, 1x1 for the 15 reps.
    160 kilo deadlift 1x5 felt good but hips rise too fast.


    additional work.

    1x8 chin ups, 1x8 pull ups both plus 10 kg

    2x8 dips plus 10 kg.

    1 minute 24 kilo kettlebell swing.

    125 kg squat 3x5 felt a lot better than the 122,5 work out did. Though I almost fell on my ... warming up with 100 kilos.
    68,5 kilo press - 3x4 - the fifth wasn't in me.
    80 kilo power clean. Did 15 reps, I spend so much time setting them up it doesn't really make sense to call them 5x3. Video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pu4Es...ature=youtu.be


    additional work.
    1x8 chin ups, 1x8 pull ups both plus 10,5 kg

    2x8 dips plus 10,5 kg.

    100 kilo bench - 3x5 - So nice to get that done again.
    160 kilo deadlift 1x5 forgot to add kilos to this one over last... Felt good.

    2x8 dips plus 11,25 kg.

    130 kg squat 3x5 PR for 3x5 pretty stoked
    68,5 kilo press - 3x5 - PR for 3x5 press even more stoked
