    Thanks guys. Of course being on startingstrength.com, the magnitude of 1500 is diminished somewhat, but if I hadn't been on here, I never would have hit 1500 to begin with.

    Thigh pain still bad but better. Since I hit a PR, monday I'm trying to see what some extra days off will do.

    Bench

    1x140kg
    1x150kg
    1x165kg New PR by 3 kg. Not a max
    3x3 140kg

    CG bench

    7x120kg
    3x7 110kg

    Total in training lifts is now 684 kg ~ 1508 lbs.

    Last day before deload week to core thigh pain

    DL

    1x240
    1x265kg very easy
    0x285kg nothing - stupid heavy. Don't get why, when I get 270 on The Leoko with no magnesium.

    Bench

    4x3 140.5 kg volume PR

    Floor press

    4x7 100kg

    25 min bike.
