Squat
5s 120-170-215.5kg - last is about a PR for 5 - pretty easy. RPE 7.5-8
Bench
5s 70-120 4@140kg - hit the rack... Made it a 9.
Tempo press 0sec up - 3sec pause - 5 sec descent
Well this was humbling... I did 10xbar, 10x40 kilo, which gave me so much triceps burn, I abandoned last set at 6x43kg. I'm not a bodybuilder, that's for sure. Before I began, I was thinking 10x70kg - Haha!
