    YEsssss! 300kg. That is one hell of a pull! Looked easy off the ground, but you earned it at the top.
    What next? Hey. You've only spent 5 years to get to 300 kg. How about a "little" more to get to 700 lb?

    Yeah, got too rounded off the floor - but then it is 9 kg PR 300 kg - Welcome to the grind indeed... I honestly don't know right now - but 700 is always tempting. So would 800 be afterwards, I presume...

    starting strength coach development program
    Day 1 of what am I gonna do now...

    Rack pulls just below knee with belt
    1x310kg PR
    3x310kg PR

    Bench
    1x155kg
    3x140kg

    Cg bench paused
    2x6 100kg

    Squat beltless no rest between sets.
    1s up to 170kg

    2x8 pull ups

    8 rounds 20 sec wingates - I almost died. 1:40 Liss between rounds.

    Bunch of power snatches and power cleans
