Been and on of thing with pain since the tear - have had my first 10 days where sitting in a car has been pain free in my right arm.
Numbers done this week.
Bw around 101kg
Squat 5x180kg PR at this bw
Pin bench 3x110kg - Regular bench still hurts, pin bench doesn't...
Deadlift 1x230kg - pretty easy, a little soreness in my right side. Still probably a PR at this bw.
Press 5x82.5Kg - ugly, but probably also a PR at this bw
Power Snatch 72.5kg 3 singles - PR at any weight - I suck so much at these.

Front Squats 3x102.5kg
High Bar Squats 3x140kg - have hip issues during lowbar squats at the moment.
Bench 9x100kg
Press 9x70kg
Beltless deadlift 4 finger grip (thumbs not used) - so I don't have to bend over as much... 5x205kg
