Would explain, why they seem so hard.

High bar beltless 3’s up to 140kg
Hang cleans with 90kg a bunch
    Bench 10x100kg

My mother squatted the empty bar (first time doing this without a box 3x5
    She deadlifted 5x62.5kg (pr)
    Pressed 21kg 2x5 1x3

She’s training to help her recover from a broken back last year. Going well so far.

    Pressing matters

    5x50kg
10x70kg - Might I live to see a bw press again. Such vain hope - but there it is
    5x50kg

    pull ups

    1x16

Quick session to clear the rack for mother. She gets peculiar about waiting on mondays.

"5 minutes, is all she would say, or a 45 came flying at ya"

    Bw 101kgs this morning

    Deadlift without belt

    5x70kgs
    1x120kg
    1x170kg
    1x200kg
5x210kg - I believe my best beltless single is 260kgs at a higher bw and lower age number - so not too shabby.
    1x200kg
    1x170kg
    1x120kg

    Warm day.

you need to work on that: through careful training I'm at both a higher age AND a higher body weight!

    starting strength coach development program
Front squats 3s up to 105kg
Bench 11x100kg estimated 1rm back in the 300s yippeee
Cleans with same feet positioning in pull and catch 3s up to 70kg felt decent - much wider pull stance than usual.
