are you still lifting at the same gym? I love those pictures of you using bungee cords to try and hold all the weights on the bar

we have to start a fund to get you some thin weights, that way you can fit 350kg on the bar

Have those in the garage. The innermost red in the pic are my own 25 kg plates, I’d bring to the crossfit box. Otherwise they would max @260kgs.

    Squats lowbar with belt

3s up to 140kg, no hip pain - but legs feel a bit tender still.

Press no belt all the layback

    12x70kg estimated 1rm 100kg which is today’s bw - pretty nifty

3s Power Snatch followed by 3s power clean so 6 reps in one set

    Bar
    40kg
    50kg
    60kg
    70kg

Quick clean up - as mother is en route - friday is her deadlift day, mother is a “mean” puller and she “means” well…

Back after 3 weeks vacation. Much needed.

Body weight ducked under 100kg for the first time in 9 years.

11km bike ride getting boys to school and picking them up.

Will try to lp for a bit with legs and hips not hurting.

Squats with belt, narrow stance, low bar.

3x5 100kg - very light - but more importantly pain free.

    Bench

3x5 100kg felt about the right weight today.

Deadlift narrow stance, knees outside of arms. (don't ask, it's pain free)

    5x400lbs - felt ok.

how narrow can it be if your knees are still outside your arms? You doing the single-arm deads again lol?

    i'm glad it's 'pain free'
