    I love that you are back logging your lifts, Derf. Didn't take long to get a set of 5 plate pulls. Nice!

    Probably due to my leverages, the deadlift comes pretty much built in, the rest not so much…

    But if someone had told me years ago, I’d be able to dunk a basketball and deadlift in the 550-600lbs range close to turning 43, I’d have taken it - so it’s all good.

    It doesn’t look good I’ll admit. The club had closed off the pitch due to excess snow, that was in the proces of being removed.
