bw 101kg this morning
Squat
5x70kg, 5x100kg, 5x130kg, 5x150kg - moves better, but elbows didn't like a thumbs over bar grip today...
Bench
5x70kg, 1x90kg, 5x100kg, 5x90kg. Top set moved better than for the last couple of weeks.
Deadlift
1x120kg, 1x170kg, 1x200kg, 5x230kg - thumbless grip does not work on 5x230kg... Anyway, this felt pretty close to a max today, even if the last rep actually felt a little better than 3rd and 4th. Still, revisiting a beyond 6 plates per side estimated 1rm feels pretty good.

Whole family woke up sick today, so no riding with the boys to school or soccer practice later or tomorrow.
Made it to work, as a self employed factory owner has to ship out everything he can before lock down next monday. Interesting times.
Did manage a little session, which seemed to clear the nostrils a bit.
Squat 5s 70, 100, 120kg
Press 5x50, 8x70kg a little wider grip than usual. Getting close to 1x200lbs again methinks
Bench 13x70kg
Power clean 3x70
Deficit Deadlift 1x120kg, 3x170kg
Chin ups 10x
Ab wheel roll out 10x
Stationary bike
1x Liss 10min
4x Hiit 4 minutes 90% HR 3 min 60% HR

Don't move so much, since the boys' school has shut down for the foreseeable future - so doing some GPP.
14min pull ups/ab wheel 7 sets of each
Stationary bike 10 min slow pedalling - 4x4 min intervals
