Been at home for the past 2 days, due to schools being closed. Put some extra weight on my wife's barbell app 73-75kgs. Just been doing volume squat, deadlifts and rows with it. Trying mostly to save the 11 year old from the 8 year old, by playing hours of basket with him. Managed some impromptu setup for dips between 2 tables, so did 4x10 on those. Will have to see about some presses.
