On vacation, so training has been mostly squats, presses and power cleans with my wife’s barbell set. Weights up to 80kgs.
I managed to join a 3 day a week football (soccer) team, with players aged 20-60+. It’s good fun, but I need 1. To get a lot better with the ball and 2. Get significantly faster…
