    Been bothered no end by my upper hamstrings over the weekend. So started by doing light RDLs and front squats, which seemed to help a lot.

    Bench

    5x105kg
    2x5 100kg

    10 pull ups

    Doing stuff that does not seem to aggravate my hamstrings, so training is a little "adapted"

    RDL with the bar 4 sec descent 2x10

    Front squats 3x3 60kg
    Bench 5x105kg, 6x100kg, 6x100kg
    Hang Clean 72.5kgx12, jerks on first 3
    10x pull ups
