    Hamstrings and hips weren’t cooperating today so did some lunges with the bar, which was ok.

    Then did 13 handstand push ups, full stop on all. Actually never done this before I think, life in the old dog yet.

    4x70kg, 1x80kg, 1x90kg, 1x95kg, 1x97.5kg perhaps a PR..., 1x100kg first ever +bw power clean and hang power clean, 1x102.5kg - this is a good day.
    Behind the neck push press 3x80kg
    Pull ups 3x10
    deadlift 5x120kg

    Busy week so a mix of things

    Low bar squat - no pain - great things
    5x70kg, 5x100kg, 5x120kg
    Front Squat
    3x100kg - probably PR at this bw.
    Power Clean around 10-12 singles with 80kg
    Bench no arch
    5x70kg, 5x90kg, 5x100kg
    Pull ups in tucked L-sit
    10x
    Stationary bike
    20min max pulse 182, average 161. Sweaty
