    Press - shoulder clicked a bit - did something easy
    5x70kg pause on all - push press 5x70kg

    Deadlift double overhand no hook
    5x185kg - Grip feels very solid

    Pull ups 10x

    Press - shoulder clicked a bit - did something easy
    5x72.5kg - push press 5x72.5kg

    Deadlift double overhand no hook
    5x190kg - Grip still feels good. estimated 1RM is now 218kg double overhand, which would be an all time PR. I believe the heaviest, I've ever done is 215kg @110kg bw. I never tried DOH while weighing around 120kg.

    Summer vacation for the boys have started. Training will be a bit haphazard and short.

    Squat lowbar

    5s up to 3 sets of 80kg

    Deadlift

    5s up to 110kg

    Hang Power clean 60kg 3x3

    Press
    2x5 40kg - got a problem with my left thumb.

    10 pull ups tucked L-sit

    Cardio 20 min
