Thanks for the concern B, I do seem to have run into quite a bit of setbacks during the last couple of years. Here’s hoping it improves from now on.

3x70kg, 3x120kg, 3x140kg
Pin bench
3x8 60kg, finally with speed as well.
did not feel biceps tendon at all, only rear part of right shoulder. Things seem to be mending.
Pull ups 10x

Tendon in right shoulder kept acting up. Managed 2x5 40kg, 10x40kg
Deadlift
3x180kg - Back in 4 plates - Happy days.

Was able to do full ROM bench with some 10 kg plates acting as dumbbells today. Improvement.
