    Legs didn't want to do stuff today. Did a bunch of light weight no hip contact muscle snatches to keep shoulder improving.

    5x87.5kg slowly but surely. Slight discomfort in right shoulder.

    Easy week on squats this week. Did some light deadlifts up to 100kg for warming up.

    Bench
    3x90kg - This felt quite ok, very little shoulder issues
    1x100kg - been 7-8 months since the shoulder injury. Oh joy.

    Pull ups 10x

    This puts my projected 1RM max back over 1100 lbs

    Easy week on squats continues

    Box squat
    3x3 70kg

    Press
    3x5 52.5kg click in right biceps tendon on first rep

    Deadlift
    3x200.5kg nothing too heavy

    Pull ups 10x

    Kicking a ball to my oldest for an hour or so tonight.

    5s up to 60kg. Nice to see large plates again, small click in right shoulder, onwards and moarwards.
