Today did the following:
Started Texas method.
Starting rather low and building up.
Max day
400m treadmill
Warm up sets as usual.
Squat 1x5 112,5kg
Bench 1x 107,5kg
Power Clean 5x3 60 kg
Chins, pulls 2x8 + 12,5 kilo
Dips 2x8 + 12,5 kilo
Hill sprints later.

Volume day
Normal warm up sets.
Squats 5x5 100 kilo, push pressed the weight once during warm up sets, couldn't push press 100 kilo.
Bench 5x5 90 kilo
Deadlift 1x5 170 kilo
Chins, pulls and dips with 20 kilo added weight.
Hill sprints later.
Work out felt good.

Squat 80 kilo 2x5 almost doesn't feel like a work out
Press 63 kilo 3x5 went smooth

Deadlift 1x6 180,4kg - New PR was supposed to do 5, but gave it an extra - felt like I had a lot extra in me.
Also, apparently there was a party yesterday, so I got the job of getting the weight back to their place, what a great addition to volume day...

Am a bit sick - not that the weights were in any way hard, but do feel the work out a bit.
