    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Still sick, so training a day later.

    Max day
    Squat 1x5 122,5 kilo not getting heavy yet
    Bench 1x2 107,5 kilo, almost got 4 reps.
    Power Clean 5x3 65 kilo, not heavy form bad as always...

    Ran 1 km.

    Hopefully well again by volume day this sunday...

    Warm up sets as per usual
    Squat 5x5 107,5kg
    Press 5x5 65,5kg
    Deadlift 1x5 185kg, PR - didn't feel too heavy, zero grip problems.

    Warm up sets as normal
    Squat 5x5 110 kg
    Bench 5x5 95 kg
    Deadlift 1x5 190 kg PR, did grind a bit on last rep.

    400m treadmill
    Warm up sets as normal.
    Squat 2x5 87.5 kg
    Press 3x5 65.5 kg, mixed up the weight, so first set was 2,5 kilos to much on the right, next set was 2,5 too much on both, before I finally got the right weight for the last set... Don't rush...

    Dips 5x10
    Chins 3xF

    Not my best low day...

    Squat 1x5 132.5 kilo, starting to feel to the heavy side, but no problem getting 5 reps. +300lbs next friday...
    Bench 1x3 107.5 kilo, felt good had a fourth rep as well.
    Power Clean 3x5 70 kgs, do I suck at these...
