"you" is correct, as would be "you're"
I'd only see "your" back if you were leaving lol

lol no worries. I was off in lala land

on an unrelated note, i'm very glad to see you back because it gives me a chance to watch your videos again. I love the way you just ATTACK the bar. I really need to work on that. once you make up your mind to lift, you walk to the bar and bam, up it goes. I fidget and fret and wiggle my grip, waste way to much time. I need to "Do The Derf" on my deads

I am more at ease “at” the bar these days...

    Lazy week

    Deadlift

    170kgx8
    215.5kgx12 closing in on a 12rep PR
    170kgx4

    Press BB
50kgx20 5 breath rest into 5x5 50kg with same rest period - so burn

Rounding off these last months of higher reps.

    Bw 105kg

    Deadlift with hook grip

    8x120kg
    8x170kg belt
1xmisload - loaded for 220.5 at one side, 195 on the other - twisted to the side PR
14x220.5kg belt PR @anybw - very pleased with this, being 40 years old, a walking twig - and all. Full stop and full reset on all reps. Felt like a RPE 8 for the legs, RPE 6-7 for the back.
    4x170kg

    Press

    10x70kg

    Pullups

    10x

Will be off to Munich next week - so no training there.

DL estimated 1RM in the 700lbs territory - one can dream.

a very, very strong walking twig. But if you're a twig at 105kg/40yrs how come I feel like a stump at 95kg/55yrs? lol

ignoring the minor detail that you're a tad taller
