Back after yearly travels to Munich - eased back into it.

Deadlift belt - hook grip - no magnesium

    8x70kg
    8x170kg
8x223kg felt harder than the 14x220kg from 2 weeks ago, especially grip wise. Probably just a bit tired.
    8x170kg

    Press no belt

    8x50kg
    8x70kg
    8x50kg

Muscle ups - legs helping (feet on the floor when starting)

    15x

Some curls with 15 kg dbs for pump.

Deadlift feels okay, but I should perhaps get some magnesium.

    Used some magnesium today.

Hook grip and belt on all

    1x170kg
    1x200kg
    1x220kg
12x230kg full reset on all. Long set, but massive PR
    8x170kg no belt
    4x170kg no belt

    Press

    3x10 60kg
    3x10 40kg

    Pull ups 3x10

    Stationary bike 30min

    Pretty pleased with my deadlift.

So pleased, I decided to do muscle ups - tore or strained something in my right foream, tricep and chest. Took a good 6-7 days before the pain didn't wake me up during the night. Today was the first day I could tricep extend 5 kgs.

Always wanted an excuse to try the Starr rehab anyway...

Isn’t that for bicep rehab mostly?

Unless one has a drinking problem of course. (Leg cramping while drinking)

Anyway, 2x8 40kg bench today. 6 reps more than last week...

Able to bench 45kg x 10 now, and doing something that resembles a pull up.

Squatted 4x10s with 113kg - which was pain free.
