I’ve volunteered training a local football (soccer) team Friday and Saturday - 8 year olds. My youngest is playing. So friday will be light day.

The deadlift is huge. She did the same almost ten years ago as a 63 year old with a belt. Now at 72 with a broken back, she’s doing the same beltless, only a few months after not being able to put shoes on, let alone walking for more than a few hundred metres and having to retire due to pain.
On a sidenote, my father negotiated her price on a life insurance down, due to her lifting numbers…
