    The deadlift is huge. She did the same almost ten years ago as a 63 year old with a belt. Now at 72 with a broken back, she’s doing the same beltless, only a few months after not being able to put shoes on, let alone walking for more than a few hundred metres and having to retire due to pain.

    On a sidenote, my father negotiated her price on a life insurance down, due to her lifting numbers…

    Chins and pulls with a vain L-Sit attempt 2x5 and 2x3

    Mother tried a belt for the first time, deadlifted 5xher age in kilos (72) for a PR. Farted on the second rep due to the added pressure of the belt - Mother did not care.

    Tucked L-sit chins and pulls

    Friday evening 1.5 hours soccer coaching of 8 year olds. In mud

    Saturday morning

    1.5 hours soccer coaching of 8 year olds in the rain.

    4 sets of Pull ups x 8 superset with 60kgx8 standing press (cleaned from floor on first rep)

    60kgx10 press on last set

    Handstand push ups 3x4

    Headache gone
