My legs seem to be completely pain free now. I was able to walk 4km without any cramping in my quads and hip flexors which hasn’t been possible in a long time - and I dunked 5 times out a 5 attempts on an app NBA height hoop wearing jeans and a v-neck without any warm up - pretty good when staring down 43.
