    I love derf deadlift videos! ain't nobody gets the iron off the floor quicker, you make your mind up and BAM up it goes.

    was that a lifting belt or an underwire bra you were wearing? you have the highest waistline of anyone i know!

    5x100, 130, 150kgs no pain - but fifth rep on last set made me engage the hammies

    Press

    Stupid mistakes - misloaded the bar on first attempt - reracked - got 1x80kg fell forward on second rep - reracked 2x80kg

    Power clean into push press

    1x70, 80, 85, 87.5, 90kg (missed push press), 90kg

    11 singles with 70kg

    Chins and pulls 1x11 2x8

    Missed logging a few days

    Last friday, usual quick run through of squat, bench, press, power clean+push press, deadlift with app 70% load before coaching soccer practice with the 8 year olds friday evening and saturday morning.

    Monday,

    LBBS no box this time.

    3s up to 140kg without pain -very nice.

    Bench

    100kg x6, x5, x4

    Deadlift

    5x205kg

    Chins and pulls 2x8
