I don’t think I’m dead- not sure you’re supposed to feel as tired, as I do right now, when you’re dead..

The guy who turned up on page 16 of this log is an 8 year old cardio specimen - what will I do in a few years…

speaking of page 16, I really like the idea of paused deads at 5cm off the floor. You're right, I usually pause just below the knee and that's way too high and makes them as you say too easy.

I have no idea, what you are talking about - I'm talking about my youngest son, who was born when this log reached page 16.

Glad the paused deads are working for you.

    Deadlift

5x210kgs plus locks for an extra pound... This didn't move superfast, but not unmanageable. Est. 1rm back over 240kgs - closing in on a 2.5xbw pull

    Lbbs light day

    5x70kg, 90, 110kg

    Press with layback

    4x80kg starting to move ok
    8x70kg
15x60kg had 5 more or so

    Ok pressing today

    Power clean into push press

1x70kg, 80, 85, 90, 92.5x3repsx2 failed push press at lock out on 5 of the 92.5kg - but one was buttery smooth. Hand positioning post clean is an issue.

    Chins and pulls 2x8

    Good day all around

Various joints have been waking me at night, which I've decided is a sign to go a little easier on intensity and getting some nice blood flow going. Must be getting older.

Bench no arched back and no leg drive.

3x8 80kg slight pause on all reps. Tits are swolier.

Deadlift with straps, no belt - weights on 25kg bumper plate - no back rounding allowed.

    8x80kg, 110, 130, 160 - erectors are now present.

some light biceps and triceps, slow ascent and descent 20xbiceps, 15xtriceps

    Power clean 1x80kg

    chins and pulls 2x8
