    Short day due to my wife being out of town, so I both have to pick up the kids and getting my hifi system from the factory installed in the living room, before her return.

    Deadlift clean width grip

    5x70kg
    1x120kg
    1x170kg
    1x200kg
    5x215kg - four finger grip on these, my thumbs got the day off, also means I don't have to bend over as much. 10 kgs untill a 5x495lbs, so I can be aesthetic again.
