    What doesn't hurt my elbows continues.

    Front squat 3s up to 102.5kg
    Press 40 kg 3x8
    chins 15x

    bike intervals 4x4 minutes

    Elbow was better today

    High bar squat 5s up to 120kg
    Pin bench, at regular bench rom, all paused 3x5 90kg
    Snatches up to 50kg - nice these did not cause pain.
