    Back at it - still feeling run down - but not sick.

    5s up to 130kg. knees and elbows both fine with this.

    Pin bench - all paused

    3x100kg, 4x90kg, 4x90kg - moved slow today, last set moved the best.

    Deadlift beltless

    5x120kg,150kg, 170kg - no real issue.
