Trampoline land with the boys early in the day, managed some pull ups and shimmying from a hang across some nefarious foam pit
3 hours soccer with the youngest in the afternoon.

Deadlift no belt
5x180kg - first rep double overhand no hook, rest mixed grip
Neutral grip chin ups 10x
