    100 kg 2x6 1x5

    Rows 100kg 15 reps total done 5x3 with 1-2 sec pause between "sets"

    Used the Leoko official IPF bar today - better grip but almost zero flex.

    5x210kg this felt quite easy. Happy about that.

    Looks stronger written Dødløft than "deadlift"! I think I'll have to copy this spelling in my log.

    Weights in dødløft should be timed by 1.25 to account for the Danish VAT we have to lift as well...
