Been sick for 4 days. Missed monday training.

5x220kg - heaviest weight handled as a 43 year old, I think. Tweaked right erector a bit, but nothing major.
Neutral grip pull up 4x10
I was 99.9 kgs this morning, back in an estimated 2.5xbw deadlift range. Pretty good.

Second soccer tournament of the season yesterday.
Boys went 4 for 4 with a total score of 23-0. I had a decent sunday
Had my departure for Germany delayed by a day - so managed a quick session after packing the car.

1300ish km road trip to Munich today.
Got to the hotel late, so a meal, 4xfailure pull ups, 1km treadmill in 5 min + 7 min walk @15 degrees was all I could muster.

Setting up for a show means a lot of walking, was at 9k steps early in the afternoon.
Egg, salmon, sausage, bacon and veggies for breakfast
Döner sandwich for lunch - this was outstanding
Hotel gym continues
Heaviest weight they have are 2x25kg DBs used those for
Clean and press with a DB in each hand

5 standing jumps touching the ceiling. +3meters
