    Brought my 12 year old to train (work out...) with me. Legs and arms are long and everywhere on him.

    He did.

    Bench press with 10 kgs - sets 5-15 reps
    Deadlift from a raised position 40kgs around 10 reps. Got him to set his back.

    I did.

    Deadlift raised position no belt
    170kg 3x8
    Bench
    90 kg 3x8

    Neutral grip chin ups 4x10

    Won the entire soccer season with the 9 year olds this weekend. Great stuff. 14 games, 14 wins, goal score 73-4. Boys are great.

    Had to step in on a soccer game friday evening. Hammies are still not working…
