Hang Clean singles up to 95kg. Probably some bw PR
Deadlift 3x170kg hook grip
Pull ups 10x
Press 5x80 kg bw PR methinks

Hamstrings and hips weren’t cooperating today so did some lunges with the bar, which was ok.
Then did 13 handstand push ups, full stop on all. Actually never done this before I think, life in the old dog yet.

4x70kg, 1x80kg, 1x90kg, 1x95kg, 1x97.5kg perhaps a PR..., 1x100kg first ever +bw power clean and hang power clean, 1x102.5kg - this is a good day.
