    Miscaught a 100kg Power Clean, so shoulder has been hurting for a few days.

    Remains my go to reason for not Power Cleaning 350 as well.

    Shoulder is getting better

    Press 4x10 40 kg - slight instability at the bottom but zero pain.
    Pull up 2x10
    No jump clean 8x40kg shoulder acting a bit at the end.
    Deadlift 3x5 83kg, no pain down left arm.
