    I prefer more hipster beverages.

    10x60kg bit of discomfort. Not pain.
    Deadlift
    3x170kg slight cramping in pec. Not pain
    Pull ups
    1x10

    20min bike.

    Box squat below parallel
    3x5 100kg
    Bench slow down, faster up
    40kgx5, 2x10
    Deadlift, elevated from floor
    5x100kg
    pull ups
    2x10

    stationary bike 20min

    I am a volunteer football (soccer) coach 3 days a week for my 9 year old and a swimming coach for my 12 year old 1-2 days a week. Any lifting made during this period is a blessing.

    Box squat, hip crease just below parallel.
    5x100kg
    5x120kg
    5x100kg

    all felt good

    Press
    16x60kg

    Deadlift
    5x120kg - not heavy obviously but slight pinch in upper hamstrings at this weight. Still moved well.

    Pull ups
    2x10 reps

    Stationary bike 20 min

    2 full nights of sleeping without waking up from shoulder pain. Quite nice.

    Pin Bench pause on all, pins set one lower than last time.

    21 pull ups
    1 hour swim with my oldest.

    Shoulder and legs are clearly on the mend now.

    Pull ups
    3x10

    Pin bench pause on all
    5x70, 80, 90kg slight discomfort on last 2 reps with 90 kg.

    Handstand pushups 9x, 14x believe that may be a lifetime PR.
