I am a volunteer football (soccer) coach 3 days a week for my 9 year old and a swimming coach for my 12 year old 1-2 days a week. Any lifting made during this period is a blessing.

5x120kg - not heavy obviously but slight pinch in upper hamstrings at this weight. Still moved well.

2 full nights of sleeping without waking up from shoulder pain. Quite nice.

Shoulder and legs are clearly on the mend now.

5x70, 80, 90kg slight discomfort on last 2 reps with 90 kg.
Handstand pushups 9x, 14x believe that may be a lifetime PR.
