    Box squat, box set clearly below parallel

    Bit of discomfort in left shoulder when setting up low bar - otherwise fine.
    Press
    16x62.5kg - lost the bar pah a few times, nothing major
    Deadlift
    5x125kg no pain in upper hamstrings at all. Very nice.
    Pull ups

    5x100kg, 5x130kg, 5x100kg pretty smooth

    Press

    Shoulder said not today - so reps with 50kg and a 20xbar.

    Deadlift 5x130kg - very easy and pain free.

    Pull ups 10x

    Believe this is first time I reach 25 reps in two sets - but not 100% sure.

    Doing this on the brink of turning 44 is a nice reminder how glad I am to have found SS in my 30s.

    Morning training @ 7:40 not a fan.

    Box squat
    5x100kg
    5x135kg
    5x100kg

    Press
    Found a groove with 50 kg that didn't annoy my left shoulder/biceps tendon - did +20 reps

    Deadlift
    5x135kg - bit of a yank on the first rep. Biceps tendon made itself know, otherwise ok.

    Pull ups 1x10 - could feel biceps tendon moving a bit. May have to try some NSAIDS soon.

    Stationary bike 20 min

    Turned 44 today - Teenage LP levels seem further away.

    Box squat below parallel - no pain
    5x100kg
    5x140kg Starting 44 with 3 plates per side
    5x100kg

    Press
    60kgx15 biceps was ok

    Deadlift
    5x140kg no issues - very light.

    Pull ups 10x

    congrats!!! You're not *quite* a gammel ged yet but getting there!

    I turned 59 a couple weeks ago, which is why everything hurts now...
