Believe this is first time I reach 25 reps in two sets - but not 100% sure.
Doing this on the brink of turning 44 is a nice reminder how glad I am to have found SS in my 30s.

Morning training @ 7:40 not a fan.

Found a groove with 50 kg that didn't annoy my left shoulder/biceps tendon - did +20 reps
Deadlift
5x135kg - bit of a yank on the first rep. Biceps tendon made itself know, otherwise ok.
Pull ups 1x10 - could feel biceps tendon moving a bit. May have to try some NSAIDS soon.
Stationary bike 20 min

congrats!!! You're not *quite* a gammel ged yet but getting there!
I turned 59 a couple weeks ago, which is why everything hurts now...
