    Today finally had some red plates.

    Squat 5x100kg, 5x140kg, 5x100kg no issues on all.
    Press 70kgx8, x7 Very nice to have a red plate on again.
    Deadlift 5x170kg 3 red plates. No hamstring pain.
    Pull ups x15
    bike 20 min

    Finally able to do Power Cleans again. Left side lags, but didn't hurt.

    5x3 46 kg - not much, but a start.

    Business trip last week, managed some 100kgs squat, 120kg deadlifts and 70kg power cleans. Especially nice that power cleans are possible again.

    Today,

    Finally feel like hamstrings tolerate an extra day of squatting.

    Squat 3x3 100kg
    Bench 3x2 100kg
    Pull ups 15x

    Left shoulder agreed to front squatting again.

    Front squat 5s up to 5x100kg. Moved well.
    Bench 4x, 3x, 2x100kg - big improvement over last week. Pop off the chest is coming back. 5x100kg seems close.
    Deadlift 5x180kg - hello old friend. You've been missed.
