I'm probably not qualified to comment (as my squatting weight is nowhere near yours!), but my bar path used to do this. I found three things helped: sitting back during the descent but NOT leaning forward at the same time; REALLY sitting right back & feeling a stretch when I was right near the hole; and (going against Rip's advice) not looking down, but more straight ahead. The bar path ends up more vertical: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFxIDE3nPqU

    Front Squat 35x5x2, 55x5, 75x5, 85x5
    Bench: 45x5x2, 95x5, 140x3, 180x2, 205x5, (new PR!) 205x4, 205x2

Was feeling really tight and sore still from Saturday and a whole day of house cleaning on Sunday. Also missed my usual workout time due to a meeting so I had to lift after dinner. hit a new PR on bench, but was still hurting. Just wasn't feeling it.

So I decided to hold off on deadlifts until tomorrow, and split this workout into two day. I want to hit 295x5 clean on DL, so will just pause this until then.

    Deadlift 125x5, 135x5, 175x3, 255x2, 295x3, 295x2

Hmm, fairly weak today. Could be that this is a good working weight for me, since it's at my true limit (not touch n' go), or I'm just sore from yesterday. Maybe a combo of both.

Squats. Ouch. Skipped 240 and jumped straight to 245. My knees are not happy. Will be here at least one more session. At least the depth is awesome on the first set.

    Squat 35x5x2,
    Front Squat 35x5x2, 40x5, 60x3, 80x5x3
    Press 45x5x2 70x5, 90x3, 110x2, 125x5x5x3, 110x5, 105
    Deadlift 125x5, 135x5, 175x3, 250x2, 295x4, 235x5

FUCK! I realized today that my "big" bar is also 35lb. I thought it was 45. So all those PRs I set? Nope. And my light bar which I thought was 35? it's 32lb. ARGH. Of I don't know if my scale is right, but I would be ill prepared for a competition.

And the EZ curl bar is 17lb (wtf?) so I've been doing heavier LTE.

    Default intensity

    Squat 45x5x2, 95x5, 145x3, 195x2, 245x5 ( new pr for real this time!!!)
    Bench 45x5x2 105x5 190x2 210x4 (new PR!)
    LTE 35x15, 70x10x2

Holy crap that squat was heavy.
Bench my biceps were hurting, not feeling like trying 215, so I attempted a 3RM at 210. Got 4 reps. Sweet.

LTE were rough, maybe due to accumulated fatique from Wednesday press-o-rama?

    Squat 45x5x2, 80x5, 120x3, 160x2, 185x5, 190x5,195x5,200x5,205x5

    Press 45x5, 65x5, 80x3,100x5x3,115x5, 120x5

I was still quite sore from intensity day, but needed to get on the S/S/M/W schedule. It wasn't such a bad workout, but i really deloaded for this one. Plan on building up slowly, will increase once the PRs stop on intensity day.
