press 60x5, 75x5, 90x3, 115x5x5
squat 115x5, 145x5, 175x3, 195x2, 220x5x3

final day of 5/3/1 for a while, as I hit up TM again, trying to speed up the recovery from the broken foot.
walk: 5min
bench: 95x5x2, 120x5, 145x3, 180x5, 200x3, 225x0 (fail), 175x5. Just felt weak today

No warmup, just jumped right into it executed. I believe I'll either bump to just 290 next time or stay at 285, the last rep was killer.

Squat 35x5, 125x3, 175x3, 225x5, 230x5, 235x5, 240x4
Probably could have got the last rep off, I had planned on only 3 reps, walked it in, thought "meh", walked back, and did a 4th. Had I not taken a fucking stroll with 240lbs on my back, i probably could have got 5 reps. Oh well, still a massive increase in volume from last week. I'm still working up to 5x5, just trying to get a feel for the ideal weight.

still feel weak on the bench. seem to be in a lull.
press 85x5, 105x3, 120x4, 115x2, 105x3
hmm. Pressing after heavy bench sucks. probably need to roll a Boring but big style routine with a much lower weight.

Return of 5/3/1: Triumvirate Cycles
Been doing either BBB or "jack shit" for while, going to switch things up to the T style, mostly using the 5/3/1 calculator version.
Squat 105x5, 130x5, 160x3, 170x5, 195x5*, 225x9, 175x5x2
*all reps except the max PR set were atg.
hanging leg raises 15reps x 2 sets
good mornings 12repsx 35lb x 2 set
First time I've tried pairing these assistance exercises w/ squats. I've found on squat and dl days I'm completely tapped out, there is no chance of me doing heavy shit following a 5x5 volume style workout.

yesterday's thread didn't post till now. wierd
press 75x5, 85x3, 95x5, 105x5, 120x7, 95x5x2
weighted chin ups +25lbx5x3
weighted dips +5lbx10 repsx2, +5lb x 3 reps
Todays workout was designed to get 5 volume sets of varying intensity. Running weighted chins after press made me feel super strong, just having a good workout day today (likely from 3 extra days of reset from my last press workout).
Tried out weighted dips for the first time, since my rep count was getting up there on bodyweight dips. Getting the 10th rep in was *hard*, especially after press. Hence the last working set of the day for dips was full of fail.
